It’s a Friday evening and the weekend has just started. It’s an eve to long hours of rest after a seriously busy week. You really need to set your body and mind on form before you start another hardworking week come Monday morning.
What do you really do to attain an optimal rest, clear out hangovers and the underlying muscle pains? It‘s worth noting that a calm mind, all set to work is a result of enough relaxation. A complete schedule on all the activities to under take during the out of work time is the first step. This includes recreational activities, and daily core duties.
Remarkably, there are several activities to undertake. This includes but not limited to:-
- Slow warm shower accompanied by a soothing music. This is good for the muscles and relaxing the brain.
- Meditation
- Gym exercise
- Swimming in a warm water pool
- Touring of new places
- Reading inspirational books and attending inspirational talks
- Watching movies
Could the use of different phone lines, a line reachable from work and another one for the selected few be of help in unwinding up? Many are times I have heard of this question. Significantly, this helps depending on several factors:-
- Does any of your workmates feature in the selected few? Notably, this is counteractive to your goal.
- Office distance from your residence, I can always pop in to consult.
- Why would you divert your office reachable line to the private line, truly you need only one line.
